WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently accept cash or BACS. If you wish to pay by card, I can send you a link to pay online. Just let me know when booking.

CAN I COME WITH MY FRIEND OR RELATIVE?

I have a separate waiting room, normally they can wait in the waiting room, or sit in on the treatment. However due to COVID this is not possible.

I’M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL BE TREATED?

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

If you give me 24 hours’ notice I won’t charge, however for less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, cancellation charge is 50%.

I’M COMING STRAIGHT FROM WORK, CAN I WASH MY FEET BEFORE THE REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT?

I always cleanse the feet with hot towels before a reflexology treatment.

DO YOU OFFER EVENING APPOINTMENTS OR WEEKENDS?

I normally work Monday early evenings, I'm not working weekends at the moment.
